Recipe Ingredients for Curry w/ calamari and fish

200 grams fish fillet
200 grams squid
3 tbsp sugar
1 eggplant
3 carrots
1 cup baby corn
3 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups water
2 tsp cornflour

Recipe Directions for Curry w/ calamari and fish

  1. spray wok w/ oil spray

  2. saute all cut vegetables

  3. blend curry powder, sugar and cornflour with water

  4. add sauce to vegetables

  5. add calamari and fish peices

  6. cook for five minutes
