Yellow Curry 1 tsp Tumeric 1 tsp blk pepper 1/2 tsp coriander 1/4 tsp cumin 1 tsp curry powder

Recipe Ingredients for Curry Beef

7 oz Beef, Top Sirloin
0.75 medium raw Onion Red
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
0.75 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
0.33 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
2.5 tsp Spices Curry Powder
15 oz Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Curry Beef

  1. Toss Beef in 2 tblsp Cornstarch, ground ginger, 5 spice & dash cinnamon.

  2. Cook a little over medium.

  3. Toss a little garlic and a few dashes of soy sauce
