Recipe Ingredients for Curry Base Sauce

600 g onions, chopped
80 g carrots, sliced
1/2 bell pepper
1 tbs fresh garlic
2 tsp fresh ginger
1 1/2 tsp salt
100 g tinned tomatoes
1 1/2 tbs tomato, paste

Recipe Directions for Curry Base Sauce

  1. Chop everything up

  2. blend with 1.5 Ltrs water

  3. Freeze in 300 ml batches
