2 1/2 can broad beans
1 tsp salt
3 tsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

Recipe Directions for Curry - Avarakkai (Broad Beans)

Wash and cut the beans into small strips. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard and when it pops, add beans and fry until it cooks. Add salt and saute it for 5 minutes.
