Recipe Ingredients for Curried Yam Soup

4 cup, cubes Yam
16 fl oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
400 grams Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
400 grams Sausage Meat

Recipe Directions for Curried Yam Soup

  1. brown the meat.

  2. Drain the fat.

  3. Stir in veggies.

  4. Add broth.

  5. Simmer until cooked.

  6. Puree.

  7. Stir in rice.

  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
