2/3 cup couscous
1 teaspoon curry powder

Recipe Directions for Curried Whole Wheat Couscous

  1. In 2-quart saucepan, bring broth olive oil and curry powder to a oil, stirring frequently.

  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 2 minutes.

  3. Stir in couscous, then remove from heat. Let stand t minutes.

  4. Fluff couscous with a fork before serving.
