Recipe Ingredients for Curried Vegtable

1 1/4 cups frozen peas
1 tablespoon oil
1 small onion
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 cup potato
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tomato
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Curried Vegtable

  1. Put the peas ina heatproof pitcher and pour over boiling water. Allow to stand for 5 minutes, and then drain.

  2. Cook the onion over a meduim heat until soft, Stir in the curry powder, peas, potato, tomato paste, and tomato.Cook for five minutes stirring often.
