Curried vegetables, the very basics

Recipe Ingredients for Curried vegetables

3 cups Mixed vegetables
1 cup Spinach
2 medium onions
3 cloves Garlic
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
3 cups mushrooms
2 tbsp Canola oil
18 grams Gram masala

Recipe Directions for Curried vegetables

  1. Roughly chop onion, garlic, peppers and mushrooms

  2. Fry onion in oil until softening then add garlic

  3. Add peppers and fry until soft

  4. Add mushrooms and fry until soft

  5. Defrost frozen mixed veg in microwave and add to pan

  6. Add spinach

  7. Add Garam masala and fry for few mins

  8. Add 100 ml water, reduce heat to low and cover

  9. Cook slowly until all vegetables are soft
