With cauliflower and cabbage, add any other desired vege.

Recipe Ingredients for Curried Vegetable

1 tsp coriander
2 tsp cumin
1 large onion
200 g kale
100 g spinach
120 g tomato
1 tsp olive oil
250 g cabbage
3 medium carrots
1/2 cup water
1 red pepper
30 g ginger
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Curried Vegetable

  1. Fry onion and spices in olive oil until onion is transparent.

  2. Add cabbage and water, cook 10 min over medium heat.

  3. Add remaining ingredients, cook for 15 more minutes until veges are soft. Add more water as needed.
