Recipe Ingredients for Curried Turkey Salad

3 cup, chopped or diced Turkey, All Classes, Meat Only
1 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
1 cup, diced Celery
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 cup, diced Pineapple
28 grams Almonds
4 serving Light Dressing
1 oz Plain Nonfat
0.5 tsp Curry Powder

Recipe Directions for Curried Turkey Salad

  1. Chop celery, onions, pineapple and almonds.

  2. Combine with chopped turkey, dressing, yogurt and curry powder. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Good in sandwiches.
