Recipe Ingredients for Curried Turkey

1 Apple, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
3 tbsp butter substitute
1/4 cup Flour
1/2 tsp sea Salt
2 tsp Curry powder (2-3 tsp taste)
1 cup nonfat milk
2 cup Diced cooked turkey
1 cup peas, frozen

Recipe Directions for Curried Turkey

  1. Saute the apple and onion in the margarine until the onion is tender.

  2. Stir in the flour, salt, and curry powder. Slowly add the milk.

  3. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in the turkey.

  4. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until hot and bubbly. Serve on rice.
