Butternut Squash Soup with curry flavouring

Recipe Ingredients for Curried Squash Soup

2 3/10 grams Olive Oil
4 cup, cubes Squash, Winter, Butternut
1 medium Onions
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Curry Powder
4 tsp Chicken Stock

Recipe Directions for Curried Squash Soup

  1. chop one medium onion. Heat oil in large pot, and add onions. Saute on medium till soft. Add curry powder and mix. Add peeled chopped squash. Stir well.

  2. Add chicken stock. Simmer 20 min till squash is soft. Cool a little, then blend till smooth. Add sour cream and reheat.
