Recipe Ingredients for Curried Squash Soup

36 g onion, chopped
5/8 teaspoon olive oil
3/8 teaspoon cumin
3/8 teaspoon ginger powder
5/8 teaspoon curry powder
12 oz frozen butternut squash (11867)
21 oz chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste

Recipe Directions for Curried Squash Soup

  1. In a medium soup pot, saute onion with spices in the olive oil until onion is soft, about 5 minutes.

  2. Add defrosted squash to soup pot with the broth and salt. Simmer gently until heated through.
