Recipe Ingredients for Curried sausages and rice

2 onions
4 carrots
810 ml apricot nectar
2 tbls curry powder
2 stock cubes
750 ml basmati rice
2250 ml water

Recipe Directions for Curried sausages and rice

  1. Fry onions til soft.

  2. Boil sausages.

  3. Drain and chop sausages.

  4. Slice carrots. Cook til soft.

  5. Add sausages, carrot, apricot nectar, curry powder and stock cubes to pot. Simmer.

  6. Cook rice in boiling water for 15 min on high in microwave.

  7. Serve.
