3 cups cooked brown rice
1 small onion, minced
1 green pepper, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Curried Rice

  1. heat oil and add onion, garlic and green pepper

  2. add cooked rice and curry

  3. stirfry until flavours blend

  4. add butter and serve
