This curried rice and lentils is a full vegetarian and vegan meal right out of your crock pot or slow cooker. Probably would be really good with meat as well, like chicken or beef or lamb.

Recipe Ingredients for Curried Rice and Lentils

5 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 tsp Curry Powder
3 1/2 cup Vegetable Broth
1/2 oz Lentils
2 Cube Stock Cubes
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions

Recipe Directions for Curried Rice and Lentils

Combine all the ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
