7.1 oz Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
0.5 small Onions
0.33 serving Ghee
0.25 serving Liquid Aminos
2 serving Kirkland Real Egg
0.25 tsp Curry Powder

Recipe Directions for Curried Rice and Lamb

  1. Heat skillet, spray with Pam

  2. Add diced onion and stir until glazy. Add cooked lamb and rice and and heat though. Add the ghee and Bragg's and then the egg substitute.incorporate and eat right away
