Recipe Ingredients for Curried Rice with Chicken

10 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 med. onion, chopped
3 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
12 oz chicken

Recipe Directions for Curried Rice with Chicken

  1. Combine soup, curry powder and onion; simmer slowly for 30 minutes.

  2. Add rice and pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.

  3. Add pre-cooked chicken that has been cut (or store made) into strips

  4. Dot with cheese and mushrooms. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
