Recipe Ingredients for Curried Red Lentils -V A

1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
3 cloves Garlic
1/2 teaspoon Ginger Root
1 medium Yellow Onion
1 cup dry Red Lentils
3 cups Vegetable broth
1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
2 teaspoons Chili Powder
1/4 teaspoon Hot Sauce
1 Salt

Recipe Directions for Curried Red Lentils -V A

Saute the garlic, ginger and onion in oil until tender. Add all remaining ingredients except rice and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
