Recipe Ingredients for Curried Potatoes

8 potatoes, cooked and chopped
2 zucchini, chopped
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric

Recipe Directions for Curried Potatoes

Heat 1/2" of water in large frying pan to boiling. Place zucchini then potatoes on top. Sprinkle with the spices and steam until zucchini is tender-crisp. Stir and serve.
