Recipe Ingredients for Curried Pork Stew

1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
454 grams Pork, Fresh, Loin, Top Loin (Chops), Boneless
1 1/2 tbsp Curry Powder
2 cup, chopped Carrots
1 1/2 cup, chopped Onions
1 1/2 cup Soup, Chicken Broth
1 cup, cubes Turnips
1/2 cup, diced Celery
4 tbsp Tomato Paste

Recipe Directions for Curried Pork Stew

Brown pork in oil over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. remove lid, boil on medium for 10 minutes or until sauce thickens.
