This is delicious served over whole grain rice and is also great with whole grain bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Curried Peas and Cauliflower

2 cups green peas
3 cups chopped cauliflower
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
1 1/2 tsp sea salt, coarse
3 tbsp water

Recipe Directions for Curried Peas and Cauliflower

  2. Heat the oil on medium in a heavy frying pan and add the spices. When the oil heats and the spices start to sizzle add vegetables, water, and salt. Stir the veggies well. Lower heat way down and cover. Simmer, stirring occasionally until veggies are tender (about 10 minutes)
