Recipe Ingredients for Curried Oven Fried Chicken

3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup fat free yogurt
2 tsp curry powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp lemon juice
2 cups fiber one cereal
2 cups panko

Recipe Directions for Curried Oven Fried Chicken

  1. cut chicken into palm sized pieces.

  2. combine yogurt, lemon juice, spices.

  3. marinate chicken in yogurt for at least 1 hour.

  4. spray baking dish with vegetable oil spray

  5. arrange chicken in dish.

  6. bake 350 for 35 minutes.
