Recipe Ingredients for Curried Lentils with Tomato

1 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
2 cup Diced Tomatoes
2 medium Carrots
1 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, Baked, Flesh And Skin
32 fl oz Organic Vegetable Broth
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 serving Ground Cumin
1 serving Ground Ginger Spice

Recipe Directions for Curried Lentils with Tomato

  1. Add lentils and 3 c broth, bring to a boil.

  2. Reduce heat to simmer, add additional ingredients. Simmer 45 minutes stirring occasionally, add additional cup of broth as needed. Produces 2, 2 cup servings or 4, 1 cup servings.
