1 large Onions
500 grams Sweetpotato
0.75 cup dry(45 g) Lentils (Red)
2 cup Vegetable Broth
500 grams Cauliflower
2 oz Coriander

  1. Heat large, heavy saucepan over medium-low heat

  2. Add onion and curry paste, stirring paste thoroughly into onion, cook stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes

  3. Smash cardamom pods with large knife or meat mallet
