Recipe Ingredients for Curried Lentils

1 c dried lentils
1/2 c chopped yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tbsp curry powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
4 c water

Recipe Directions for Curried Lentils

Saute onion and garlic in large pot. Add other ingredients and bring to slow boil. Reduce heat to low and cover. Cook 20 minutes or until lentils are tender.
