Recipe Ingredients for Curried Lentils

3 oz. lentils
2 tbs. tomato paste
1 tbs. curry powder
1 clove garlic
2 oz. tomato
1 oz. onion
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 oz. carrot

Recipe Directions for Curried Lentils

  1. Boil lentils in 3-4 cups of water.

  2. When lentils are semi-soft, add carrots, onion, tomato, and garlic.

  3. When lentils are done, drain off excess water and add remaining ingredients.

  4. Remove from heat. Cover and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
