Simple vegetarian curried lentils

Recipe Ingredients for Curried Lentils

1 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
2 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Curry Powder
0.5 serving Omega Oil

Recipe Directions for Curried Lentils

  1. Finely chop 2 cups onion, 1 cup carrot, and 1 clove of garlic.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a pot, long with 3 cups of broth or water (this recipe uses water).

  3. Simmer for 40 minutes, or until lentils and carrots are tender.
