Recipe Ingredients for Curried Lentil and Veggie Soup

2 cups dried lentils
2 cups diced tomatoes
4 stalks celery
1/4 cups diced onion
8 oz shredded carrots
1 medium zucchini
6 cups fat free chicken broth
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano

  1. Cook lentils until tender.

  2. add remaining ingredients and simmer until done.

  3. season to taste.
