Recipe Ingredients for Curried lamb

1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
16 oz Lamb, Ground
1 cup, chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
1 cup, diced Celery
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
1 tsp Ginger Root
1/4 cup Pine Nuts
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 serving Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
0.5 cup Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Curried lamb

Saute the lamb until is is no longer pink, then removed from the pan onto paper towels. Wipe the pan clean and add a tablespoon of canola oil. When the oil is hot, add onion and garlic, stir till translucent, then add spices. Stir till aromatic, then add celery and pepper. Stir till they begin to soften, then add meat and tomato. Bring to a boil, let simmer, taste to correct seasonings. Lime juice may be needed.
