Curried Jumble Recipe

Lean ground turkey, mixed up with some vegies. Serve with rice, lentils or noodles.

Recipe Ingredients for Curried jumble

1 1/4 pounds
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
2 potatoes, cubed
1 1/2 cups
1 cup napa cabbage, chopped
2 tbls garlic

Recipe Directions for Curried jumble

  1. Saute the meat until brown and drain on paper towel to soak up any extra fat.

  2. Saute onions and garlic until golden, then add the other vegetables. Use pre-cooked potatoes (baked or boiled) to save time.

  3. Season with pepper, yellow chili, basil, smoked paprika and curry powder to your taste.

  4. Cover and simmer until everything cooked through.

  5. Should take about 30 min start to finish.
