Recipe Ingredients for Curried Hummus

15 1/2 ounce chick peas, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, crushed
4 teaspoons curry powder
6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1 dash salt
1 dash hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Curried Hummus

Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with pita chips.
