Recipe Ingredients for Curried Greens & Beans

4 serving Greens for Cooking Southern Greens Blend Trader Joe's
5 serving Low Sodium Vegetable Broth Trader Joe's
1 cup, chopped Carrots
6 serving Plum Tomatoes with Basil No salt added Trader Joe's
425 grams White Kidney Beans Cannellini Drained and Rinsed
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
5 clove Garlic
1 tsp Pepper, Black
2 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Curried Greens & Beans

Heat the onion, garlic, and carrots in the oil until softened. Add the greens and the broth and bring to a simmer. Add the tomatoes with their juice. Rinse the cannellini beans then add also. Add spices to taste. Simmer until greens and carrots are soft. Enjoy!
