Curried Fish can be served with rice and toss salad, cooked spinach and split pea soup.

Recipe Ingredients for Curried Fish

1 tbsp Curry Powder
1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 serving VIGO EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
0.5 clove Garlic
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 cup Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/2 cup chopped Chives
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

Recipe Directions for Curried Fish

  1. Season Fish with seasoning, minced garlic, 1/2 amount of onions, black pepper.

  2. Heat pot, little oil/ spay oil.

  3. After oil is heated, add curry powder and stir.

  4. Curry starts cooking, add fish.

  5. Add water enough for sauce or desired amount.

  6. Turn the heat very low.

  7. Cover pot and let cook until tender.

  8. Add peppers, oninons, tomatoes and ketchup.

  9. Remove from heat after desired texture is achieved.
