Recipe Ingredients for curried eggs with apple

1/4 cup butter
1 large onion
1 apple
1 oz flour
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp cumin
2 1/2 cups veg broth
6 hard-boiled eggs
1 tbsp parsley

Recipe Directions for curried eggs with apple

  1. Melt btter. Add onion and saute 3-4 min.

  2. Add apple and saute 3-4 min. Sprinkle with flour, curry powder, and cmin - 2-3 min.

  3. Add stock, stirring continuously. Simmer for a few min. Add quartered eggs.

  4. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
