Recipe Ingredients for Curried Egg Sandwich

1.5 large Egg, Whole
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 serving Sliced Bread White
2 Thin Spread Olive Oil Spread
1 tsp Curry Powder

Recipe Directions for Curried Egg Sandwich

Hard boil the eggs, mash the eggs, add salt, pepper & curry to taste. Add a small amount of mayonnaise to bind it together. Spread the margarine on the bread, spread the egg mix on the bread. Put the top layer of bread on & enjoy!
