Recipe Ingredients for Curried Chickpeas and Sweet Potatoes

1 c chickpeas cooked without salt
1/2 medium sweet potato, diced
1/2 c organic light coconut milk
1/4 c water
1 tbsp golden raisins
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp ground coriander
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
1/8 tsp ground ginger

Recipe Directions for Curried Chickpeas and Sweet Potatoes

  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot over medium-high heat.

  2. Bring contents to a boil. Reduce to simmer and allow to cook until potatoes are soft.

  3. Serve immediately.
