Recipe Ingredients for curried chickpea salad

15 1/2 oz. chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 Salt and pepper to taste

In a medium size mixing bowl combine chickpeas, garlic, curry powder, celery, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cilantro, salt and pepper to taste.
