Curried Chicken Salad- Good on bread or crackers

Recipe Ingredients for Curried Chicken Salad

0.67 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.25 cup, diced Celery
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1.5 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Mayo Mayonnaise with Olive Oil
0.5 oz Greek Style Yogurt
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries

Recipe Directions for Curried Chicken Salad

  1. Boil chicken and shred. Put in fridge to cool.

  2. Once cool- add all other ingredients and mix to taste. Top on whole wheat bread or crackers.
