Recipe Ingredients for Curried Chicken Salad

2 cups chopped chicken
8 grapes
2 tablespoons curry powder
2 stalk, medium celery
2 oz low fat vanilla yogurt Lucerne (1/4 cup)
1 head romaine lettuce

Recipe Directions for Curried Chicken Salad

  1. Cut grapes into quarters

  2. chop celery including leaves

  3. mix grapes, celery, chicken, curry powder, and yogurt in a bowl until well coated with yogurt and curry powder.

  4. Serve on a bed of romaine lettuce
