Recipe Ingredients for Curried Chicken Salad

9 1/2 oz. chicken breast
3 T. craisins
3 T. pine nuts
1 apple
1/4 c. light mayo
1/4 c. fat free sour cream
1/2 T. honey
1/2 T. dijon mustard
1 t. curry powder
2 c. mixed salad greens

Recipe Directions for Curried Chicken Salad

Cook chicken and shred. Mix with cranberries, pine nuts, and apples. Whisk together mayo, sour cream, honey, mustard, and curry. Toss with chicken mix. Serve on bread of choice dressed with salad greens, or plain on top of greens.
