Curried Chicken salad. Can be served with cantaloupe or pita.

Recipe Ingredients for Curried Chicken Salad

1/2 cup miracle whip
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
3/4 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 cups chicken, diced
2 cups grapes
3/4 cup celery
1/3 green onion
2 granny smith apples

Recipe Directions for Curried Chicken Salad

  1. Cook chicken

  2. in small bowl combine mayonaise, yogurt, curry and salt. Set aside.

  3. Dice chicken, cut grapes in half, thinly slice onion and celery. Core and slice apples into small pieces.

  4. Combine both both together.

  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.

  6. You can also add chopped pecans and use light mayonnaise.
