variation on the almond curried chicken salad, using lowfat plain yogurt instead of sour cream. No almonds.

Recipe Ingredients for Curried Chicken Salad

2 lb chicken breast, cooked & chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 tbsp curry powder

Recipe Directions for Curried Chicken Salad

  1. 1. Cook chicken - either roast, boil or bake.

  2. 2. Once cooled, chop chicken. I use a food processor.

  3. 3. Mix all ingredents together and serve either as a sandwich, or over lettuce.
