Recipe Ingredients for Curried Chicken Salad

2 1/2 lbs cooked chicken breasts
1 cup mayonaise
1/3 cup white wine
1/4 cup mango chutney
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
3 green onions
2 celery stalks
1/2 cup raisins
2/3 cup slivered almonds

Recipe Directions for Curried Chicken Salad

whisk mayo, wine, chutney, curry powder, lemon juice and ginger in large bowl. Add chicken, onions, celery and raisins; toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Mix nuts in just before serving.
