Recipe Ingredients for Curried Chicken Salad

1/4 cup fat free miracle whip
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 teaspoons water
4 oz chopped skinless, boneless Grilled Chicken breasts
3/4 cup chopped apple (about 1 small)
1/3 cup diced celery
3 tablespoons raisins

Recipe Directions for Curried Chicken Salad

Combine miracle whip, curry, and water in a medium bowl, stirring with whisk until well blended. Add the chicken, apple, celery,and raisins; stir mixture well to combine. Cover and chill for 3 hours. Serve on crackers or whole wheat rolls/bread.
