Recipe Ingredients for Curried Chicken Salad

7 oz Premium Chunk Chicken Breast
1 tbs Low Fat Mayonnaise Dressing
2 tbsp Nonfat Sour Cream
1/4 cup chopped Scallions
0.5 cup Beans, Snap, Green
0.33 cup, diced Celery
0.25 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 pinch Ground Ginger Spice
0.33 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
1 wedge yields Lime Juice

Recipe Directions for Curried Chicken Salad

Drain canned chicken breast and place in medium mixing bowl. Break up or shred larger chunks of chicken. Dice all vegetables then add to the bowl. In a separate small bowl, blend the mayo, sour cream, lime juice, curry powder, ginger, and sweetener. Use a small spatula to scrape the dressing from the bowl and then mix all the ingredients. This is good spread on Wasa crispbread or stuffed into whole wheat pita pockets.
