Recipe Ingredients for Curried Chicken

8 oz. skinless chicken breast
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cumin
3/4 tsp. turmeric
3/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/2 cup red pepper
2 tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Curried Chicken

cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Heat oil in 3 quart saucepan and stirfry chicken cubes several minutes until golden. Stir in onions and garlic and saute 3 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients (minus red pepper and tomatoes). Heat to boiling and simmer uncovered 15 minutes. Add more water if necessary. Sauteed vegetables may be added during last few minutes of cooking.
