Indian-style curried chicken - good on white rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Curried chicken

30 oz chicken thighs, skinless, boneless
2 tsp ground ginger
14 1/2 oz canned tomatoes, diced
14 1/2 oz canned coconut milk
1 large onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic
6 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp cumin
5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Curried chicken

  1. Chop up chicken into bite-sized portions.

  2. Heat oil in large saucepan, brown chicken in oil with salt & ginger.

  3. Add onion & garlic, cook until clear.

  4. Add all other ingredients, bring to boiling, then cook on low heat for 1 1/2 hours
