Recipe Ingredients for Curried chicken and pasta salad

40 g Pasta, twists
50 g (Total) yoghurt
10 g curry powder
100 g Cooked skinless chicken breast, diced
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, stick finely chopped
75 g pepper, red, de-seeded and diced
30 g mango chutney

Recipe Directions for Curried chicken and pasta salad

  1. Cook pasta according to the packet instructions.

  2. Mix the yoghurt, mango chutney and curry paste.

  3. Drain the pasta and place in a bowl.

  4. Add the chicken, spring onions, celery, mango and pepper.

  5. Stir in the yoghurt mixture well and serve at once.
