Recipe Ingredients for Curried Chicken (with low fat milk & mushroom soup)

2 onions
1 tablespoon margarine
3 gala apples
22 ounces cream of mushroom soup
2 cups reduced fat milk
1 lbs chicken breast
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons curry powder

Recipe Directions for Curried Chicken (with low fat milk & mushroom soup)

  1. sautee onions and apples

  2. mix ingredients in additional ingredients until creamy

  3. pour over chopped up chicken breasts in a 9x13 dish

  4. cover and bake 30 minutes at 350 in a glass baking dish

  5. uncover and cook and additional 20 minutes

  6. serve over rice
